 Resume: Han nationality; born in Hanyin County, Shaanxi Province in 1961; doctor; professor; graduated from the specialty of electronic equipment structure at Xidian University in 1983; earned his doctorate from the Northwest University in June of 2010; acted successively as deputy dean of the School of Mechano-electronic Engineering of Xidian University, assistant to the president of Xidian University & concurrently director of the President’s Office, director of the “211 Project” Office, curator of Archives, and vice president; currently member of the Party Standing Committee and vice president of Xidian University.
